The Foundation considers grant applications in written form only. Applications are considered monthly and applicants are notified in writing of the Board's decision.
An application form is required and can be obtained by clicking the Grant Application Form link at the right or by contacting our office. The review process usually takes between two and three months. If your project is time sensitive it is recommended that you submit the proposal as early as possible. Site visits are a part of the evaluation process. Requests should be complete and concise.
Capital Projects: please complete the supplemental sheet and include with grant application. Please note that capital funds are very limited. These are generally reviewed by the Board in October.
Application Must Contain the Following:
Organization Information
- Grant Application signed by the Director of the Organization
- Brief History of the Organization
- List of Board of Directors or Governing Board
- Copy of the 501(c)3 ruling from the Internal Revenue Service
